With a proven track record of deal-making, Matt has launched immersive branded experiences, forged high-impact licensing partnerships, and unlocked new digital, toy, game, and experiential revenue streams across sports, gaming, and entertainment.
Matt began his career in venture-backed digital gaming start-ups, leading product, marketing, and business development through successful exits. At Hasbro for 15 years, he drove $50M+ in annual licensing royalties for global brands like Monopoly, Nerf and Transformers. He also built the Global Business Development Center of Excellence — closing 150+ deals with top-tier partners like the NFL, Pokémon and Netflix, representing $500M+ in net revenue for co-branded products.
